We guarantee all of our customers superior customer service and honesty. We want you to love your new pickleball paddle as well as your pickleball apparel and accessories. That's why we offer our 30-Day Love it or Return it policy.

 

Return Policy for Paddles:

Club Pickleball Shop 30-Day Paddle Test Drive: 100% 30 Day Guarantee Return Policy.

You may return your paddle (as defined below) purchased on ClubPickleballShop.com in accordance with the terms below.

  • All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service. You can contact us via Chat, Phone, or at info@clubpickleballshop.com
  • You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase.
  • New Paddles can be used, and returned within 30 days for a full refund. *Some exclusions apply.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Once the return is processed and received, you will receive a full refund less the cost of return shipping & handling, which is $7.00.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund is being processed.
  • In an effort to mitigate abuse of our lenient return policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if a customer has 3 or more returns in a 90-day period and no more than 5 returns in a calendar year. 

* This guarantee does not apply to Gearbox Brand Paddles, used paddles, or paddles that have been personalized with a name/weight/etc., re-gripped, or altered in any way.

 

Return Policy for Apparel, and Accessories

  • All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, apparel, and accessories must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please note we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
  • Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund is being processed.
