You can return paddles and other merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. If you are not 100% happy, ship the item back to us and we will refund your money. We ask you to cover the cost of shipping the paddle or merchandise back to us, to include your order number and name inside the package, and we recommend sending your item by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.
* This guarantee does not apply to used paddles, or paddles that have been personalized with a name/weight/etc., re-gripped, or altered in any way.
- All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service.
- You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, apparel & accessories must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- New Paddles can be used, and returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please note we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from date of purchase.
- Balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
- Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund is being processed.
- Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.
- In an effort to mitigate abuse of our lenient return policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if a customer has 3 or more paddle returns in a 90-day period and no more than 5 paddle returns in a calendar year.
